BEVERLY HILLS, May 6 (Reuters) - Billionaire investor Bill Ackman on Tuesday said Harvard University, one of the nation's oldest and wealthiest, should not be entitled to taxpayer funds when the school wastes money on what he calls "administrative bloat."
