(i) The boiler must be serviced annually by the Supplier in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. There must be a gap of no more than 13 months between servicing of the boiler. (4) Both the Supplier and the Customer must hold current, valid, applicable and adequate insurance in respect of any Products, materials or results of Services which are within their care. (11) The Supplier or where applicable its subcontractors shall hold valid and current employer and public liability insurance policies. (4) The Supplier is entitled to appoint a sub-contractor and will supply details of such sub-contractor following a written request from the Customer. (1) The Supplier will supply Products/Materials and Services in accordance with the description of such Products/Materials and Services contained within the Proposal.
